NU Mutual Aid
NU Mutual Aid is a network that began in Boston during the COVID-19 pandemic to support local students and community members by filling gaps in essential resources and assistance. Through collective action and mutual support, we built a network to address urgent needs and foster community care.
After years of organizing in Boston, MA, operations for our food pantry and communtiy fridge have now been handed over to local partners to ensure continued support, with NU Mutual Aid retaining an advisory role. We have also begun work in Chicago, IL, focused on assisting with the operations of food pantries and free clinics.
NU Mutual Aid
